Stunning house. Just the absolute perfect beach house! The beach is nice but only nice (am complete Aussie beach snob though).
Wow, I would happily settle for option 3; house + 1 beach and it's in NZ dollars, so that makes it cheaper right?
That is a fantastic blend of inside/outside living. I am not too sure about the bunk beds so close to the main bed?? but absolutely love the exposed ceilings. x
